Polycystic Kidney Disease requires radically different nutrition than other forms of kidney disease. Our PKD meal plans are plant-focused, with a wide variety of vegetables, fruits and healthy fats. These recipes reflect cutting-edge science that shows low-carbohydrate nutrition helps slow disease progression, while still keeping the gut-healthy fiber high and limiting oxalate. This 7-day meal plan includes: full recipes, grocery shopping list and nutrition information. Our meal plans are designed to provide a simplified approach to preparing kidney-friendly recipes, so left-overs are included in the plan.
