March Bulletin Board featuring great ways to use eggs. If you can’t see the pics clearly they are( listed clockwise from top):
- poached eggs
- veggie omelet
- deviled eggs
- veggie quiche
- boiled eggs
- scrambled eggs
- breakfast burrito/taco
- red pepper frittata.
As for the big 5-star poster in the corner of the bulletin board, that was specific to my clinic. Other ideas for what you can do with that piece of bulletin board include: put a recipe folder up with a couple recipes, add slightly larger pics, put an explanation about how much protein per day to have, include our Livable Lovable Eggs Handout, etc….
