For nutrition questions, you can join us at one of our live Nutrition Power Up or Support Group events where we leave time for one of our expert dietitians to answer your questions.

Registering for events is helpful to ensure you receive notifications and reminders, but not required. Just locate the link to join from your events page in the Knowledge Hub.

All of our meal plans are 7-day plans with recipes and full nutrition information. As these are designed for ease and simplicity, left-overs and double-batches are part of the meal planning process. We release new meal plans each season and the old meal plans move to the Learning Library, so you will always have access.

The Nutrition Power-Up classes are recorded and uploaded to your portal for up to 3 months. You will want to register for the event and then you will be notified once the recording is available.

Support groups are not recorded, as personal information could be shared. You can only attend Support Groups at the scheduled time

As a member, you will have full access to everything in the Knowledge Hub including all live classes.
