About Lindsey
Some interesting facts about me: I live in Idaho with my husband, Dave, where we enjoy birdwatching and playing strategy games. I’m a huge fan of Jane Austen, Enya, and Josh Groban. My favorite foods are Idaho potatoes, fresh pineapple, and dark chocolate.
I also have autoimmune disease which helps me better understand some of the challenges in dealing with chronic disease, as well as pathways to success.
One of my philosophies of health is that ‘no one can take care of you like you’, and I love helping my patients learn what that looks like for them.
“Focusing on nourishing rather than restriction diets creates the foundation for healing.”
