Jennifer Zinetti

Registered Dietitian

Hello I’m Jennifer! I have been a kidney and clinical dietitian for 20 years. I enjoy taking a whole person approach and focus on what we can control regarding our health.

I fell in love with health during my dietetic training.  Nutrition therapy is a critical component of preserving kidney function and overall health. Our bodies are wonderful chemistry laboratories, depending on what we put and mix together, we can create positive or harmful outcome.

I look forward to helping you achieve the health goals that you desire through clean and healthy nutrition.”

About Jennifer

I grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia and have been living in Victoria on Vancouver Island for the last 20 years.  I come from an Italian and Swiss background. As a young girl, my dad’s Italian garden cultivated my love and appreciation for food and its health benefits.

Something interesting about myself is, a traditional summer activity that I carry on since I was a child is blackberry picking.  It is one of my most favorite foods in the world! Blackberries also happen to be a superfood, and it is kidney friendly!

“I view my services as a partnership to support your journey to achieve your health goals. It is never too late to change habits and create the best health possible.”
