I’m Clarissa Paimanta, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and low-protein diet specialist. As the lead dietitian on recipe development at Kidney Nutrition Institute, I work to create delicious recipe and meal plans that help kidneys stay strong.
I also develop group curriculum for renal nutrition and am lead researcher at KNI for complex renal nutrition topics. I enjoy breaking down these complex nutrition strategies into easy-to-understand principles.
I was raised in Indonesia and completed by education at UC Berkeley.
