Hello, I am Carrie. I’m a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. For over 20 years, I’ve worked in a variety of health care settings and always had a passion for working with individuals living with chronic health conditions.

I get excited about helping individuals find sustainable health habits that fit their unique needs. Everyone has the power to improve their health and increase longevity with proper nutrition. Let’s get started!

My first memory of getting excited about healthy eating was during a nutrition unit covered in a home economics class as a freshman in high school. It was the first time I ever really thought about how food impacts our health and I was hooked.
I enjoy being physically active and spending time outdoors. I’m constantly developing my green thumb. I thrive in the kitchen when presented with leftovers and I must make something from nothing.
