Our “Love Your Heart Bulletin Board” lists 6 practical tips for patients to implement that will keep their heart healthy and strong.
The “Love Your Heart Handout” (Also available in Spanish!) encourages your patients to come to their full dialysis treatment, take their binders, and to be mindful of the amount of fluids they are consuming every day.
Why not give them something to do to keep them busy during their dialysis treatment! Our Love Your Heart Crossword puzzle will put their knowledge of heart healthy fluids to the test!
