Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill or ½ teaspoon fresh
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley or ½ teaspoon fresh
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and adjust seasoning to taste. Use as dips or thin into a salad dressing using a couple of tablespoons of almond milk.
